I typically reach out the day before your appointment to confirm everything is still good to go.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know as soon as possible.
Day of Appointment
I pride myself on being punctual, but please keep in mind that I’m a one-person operation—not a large company.
If I happen to be running late, it’s likely because a previous detail took longer than expected or I'm traveling from another job. I’ll always keep you updated on my estimated arrival time.
If you have a time constraint and need the detail completed by a specific time, please let me know in advance. Every car and service is different—some take longer than others—and I want to make sure I never have to rush the work on your vehicle.
Parking your car in a shaded area or garage is helpful, but not required. Access to a restroom is also appreciated, though not expected.
After the Appointment
I accept cash, check, Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle.
Tips are never expected, but always appreciated!
If you’re not fully satisfied with your detail, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’ll gladly come back and fix anything I may have missed. Every vehicle is different, and sometimes I may overlook something you catch—so don’t worry, I won’t take it personally.
